CAD/CAMIntegrated CAD/CAM Tool Design

Moldflow Analysis

  • Using Moldflow Analysis, ValTech engineers predict flow fronts by simulating the injection molding process, and optimizing part and tool design.
  • Moldflow Analysis reduces costs, accelerates lead times, and allows for the manufacture of precision parts.
  • Also reduces or eliminates rework, compiles material models and troubleshoots existing molds.

Validation Testing

  • We validate parts based on your criteria – customer supplies all criteria (tolerances, temperature, strength, etc.) and we ensure (through rigorous testing) that all parts always meet supplied criteria.

Reverse Engineering/3D Solid Imaging

  • Bring us a part without specs or prints – we’ll take it and work in reverse to measure all of the coordinates of the part to create a CAD drawing.
  • We’ll also reverse engineer parts without specs.
  • 3D Solid Imaging lets us scan a part with our state-of-the-art Konica Minolta 910V laser camera.
    • Allows us to achieve even better on-line quality control, first-article inspection, tool-and-die verification, rapid prototyping input, and reverse engineering.
