  • Hang and pull injection molds quickly, safely and accurately. Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
  •  Experience with temperature controllers, cranes, material dryers, material loaders, robotics, process monitoring systems, and zone heating on tools.
  •  Load process settings into machines.
  • Verify all parameters are correct.
  • Hook up all ancillary equipment to molds. Functionality of equipment prior to start up is a must.
  • Need to be able to start up tools by themselves. Processing knowledge and ability to follow necessary steps in developing a robust process is mandatory.
  • Troubleshooting skills required.
  • Weekend duties required as necessary.
  • Scientific molding/decoupling skills preferred but not required.

Maintenance Technician

  • Install, service and repair production equipment related to Injection Molding
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair on all equipment related to Injection Molding
  • Troubleshoot specific machine issues and expedite solutions that could cross into mechanical and electrical areas
  • Responsible for maintenance and repair of mechanical issues, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, heat exchangers, central chillers and central water reclaim systems
  • Responsible for Barrel/Screw/Tip/Check Ring maintenance and measurements
  • Perform maintenance or installation work on facility issues such as doors, windows, floor, ventilation systems and roofs
  • Minimum two (2) years experince  with plastic injection and auxiliary equipment
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics/prints
  • Experience with 24 VDC, 208 Single and Three Phase, 480 VAC
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills a must 
  • Open to working a flexible schedule

Tool Repair

  • Sets up and operates machines (i.e., CNC mills, surface grinders, saws, Bridgeport type milling machine ) used to fabricate injection molds, dies and fixtures.
  • fit parts for assembly
  • Assembles mold using hand tools
  • Verifies dimensions using micrometers, gauges and dial indicators
  • Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities
  • Keeps work areas clean and maintained
  • Experience in Trouble shooting Hot Runner Manifolds is a plus
  • Welding a plus
  • Able to work different shifts
  • 5 – 10 years experience

Machine Operator

  • Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and productions standards
  • Works with Set-Up Technicians, Process Technicians and other Operators to maintain production schedules, customer delivery dates and maintain/improve the working environment
  • Maintains documentation to support production activity
  • Works with Quality personnel to understand and maintain current quality standards
  • Operates different and multiple machines as production requirements dictate
  • Responsible for housekeeping and safety of their work area
  • Prior experience in Plastics highly preferred
  • Prior manufacturing experience a must
  • Must have excellent attendance record and excellent work history
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills are required


  • Uses part prints and tool drawings to compute specifications, applying knowledge of shop mathematics
  •  Plans sequence of operations
  • Sets up and operates machines (i.e., CNC mills, surface grinders, EDM's, saws, Bridgeport type milling machine ) used to fabricate      injection molds, dies and fixtures.
  • Fit parts for assembly
  • Provides specialty areas with necessary information and sketches
  • Assembles die or mold using hand tools
  • Provides guidance and instruction to apprentices as needed
  • Verifies dimensions using micrometers, gauges and dial indicators
  • Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities
  • Keeps work areas clean and maintained
  • Knowledge of or experience using CAD/CAM software a plus
  • 5 – 10 years experience

Tool Engineer

  •  Manage the construction and validation of precision tooling used in plastic injection molding operations.
  • Proficiency in Solid Works or 3D solid modeling software
  • Experience with New Product Development Process (APQP)

Quality Inspector

  • Works from drawings, specfications, and inspection quality control instructions using an assortment of hand, floor, or bench mounted measuring tools, fixtures and equipment such as micrometers, verniers, gauge pins, height gauges, comparators, gear checkers, etc.
  • Performs visual and dimensional checks of in-process or finished products
  • Performs first piece inspection as assigned
  • Notifies Lead Operator and Production Supervisor of deviations and follows special departmental procedures towards rectification, identification and control of sub-standard products
  • Prepares requisite reports, completes assorted departmental forms and maintains records
  • Minimum of two (2) years on the job inspection experience to acquire familiarity with methods, procedures, tools and equipment and to perform the work proficiently
  • Must have good decision making an dproblem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be selft motivated
  • Muste be flexible to working C Shift hours (11:45 p.m. to 8:15 a.m.)
  • CMM/PC-DMIS experience a plus
