Set-Up

• Hang and pull injection molds quickly, safely and accurately. Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Experience with temperature controllers, cranes, material dryers, material loaders, robotics, process monitoring systems, and zone heating on tools.
• Load process settings into machines.
• Verify all parameters are correct.
• Hook up all ancillary equipment to molds. Functionality of equipment prior to start up is a must.
• Need to be able to start up tools by themselves. Processing knowledge and ability to follow necessary steps in developing a robust process is mandatory.
• Troubleshooting skills required.
• Weekend duties required as necessary.
• Scientific molding/decoupling skills preferred but not required.

Maintenance Technician

• Maintain and repair injection molding machines and support equipment
• Preventive Maintenance on all above equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electronics, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain and repair tool building equipment. ( CNC Mills EDM Grinders)
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel
• Troubleshooting skills a must
• Knowledge of the injection molding industry.

Tool Repair

• Sets up and operates machines (i.e., CNC mills, surface grinders, saws, Bridgeport type milling machine ) used to fabricate injection molds, dies and fixtures.
• fit parts for assembly
• Assembles mold using hand tools
• Verifies dimensions using micrometers, gauges and dial indicators
• Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities
• Keeps work areas clean and maintained
• Experience in Trouble shooting Hot Runner Manifolds is a plus
• Welding a plus
• Able to work different shifts
• 5 – 10 years experience

Floor Inspector

• Knowledge of general measurement equipment. (Gage pins, micrometers, vernier calipers, drop indicator, etc.)
• General knowledge for using the manual Brown and Sharp CMM.
• Ability to call up and run programs on Sheffield CMM.
• Ability to call up and run programs on Smart Scope.
• Print Reading
• Ability to run the Omnimark moisture analyzer.
• Containment
• Computer skills. (Excel, Word)

CMM Inspector/ Engineer

• Knowledge of general measurement equipment. (Gage pins, micrometers, vernier calipers, drop indicator, etc.)
• General knowledge for using the manual Brown and Sharp CMM.
• Ability to program on the Sheffield CMM. (PCDIMIS software)
• Ability to program on the Smart Scope.
• Print Reading
• Ability to run the Omnimark moisture analyzer.
• Containment
• Computer skills. (Excel, Word)
• Fixture development and datum structure understanding.


Clean Room Operators

• Manufacturing floor experience, preferably in an injection molding and/or automated assembly environment

• Clean Room or controlled environment experience

With Preferred Experience in the following:
• Any medical manufacturing environment, specifically injection molding/assembly
• Operation/troubleshooting of automated assembly equipment (presence sensors, vibratory bowls, conveyors, packaging)
• Good data collection/tracking abilities
• Setup/operation of molding machines

Moldmaker

• Uses part prints and tool drawings to compute specifications, applying knowledge of shop mathematics.
• Plans sequence of operations
• Sets up and operates machines (i.e., CNC mills, surface grinders, EDM's, saws, Bridgeport type milling machine ) used to fabricate injection molds, dies and fixtures.
• fit parts for assembly
• Provides specialty areas with necessary information and sketches
• Assembles die or mold using hand tools
• Provides guidance and instruction to apprentices as needed
• Verifies dimensions using micrometers, gauges and dial indicators
• Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities
• Keeps work areas clean and maintained
• Knowledge of or experience using CAD/CAM software a plus
• 5 – 10 years experience

Material Handler

• Loading, cleaning, and maintaining material hoppers and loaders.
• Granulating runners and parts
• Perform Inventory transactions using MRP system.
• Knowledge of plastics and injection molding
• Fork Lift experience required
• Windows/MRP system experience preferred

Tool Engineer

• Manage the construction and validation of precision tooling used in plastic injection molding operations.
• Proficiency in Solid Works or 3D solid modeling software
• Experience with New Product Development Process (APQP)

Launch Engineer

  • Must have Plastics Injection Molding experience
  • Hands-on floor experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and organized
  • Will be responsible for documentation gathering and control
  • Must be able to communicate and work with individuals at all levels
  • Mold design/review experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering required
  • Will consider recent graduates for this position

 Production Supervisor

  • Hands-on, working supervisor position responsible for coordination of production floor
  • Must have Plastics Injection Molding experience
  • Proven experience setting up machines
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and a high level of mechanical ability
  • Will be responsible for ensuring operators are trained appropriately
  • Must be flexible to working off shifts and some weekends to accomodate a 24/7 operation

Purchasing Manager

  • Contract administration to include insuring vendor contracts are executed in a timely manner, meet quaility standards and provide a system for periodic review
  • Suppy contract data to Sales Engineers
  • Hands-on support for department staff handling daily purchasing functions
  • Pro-actively identify and pursue cost reductions
  • Initiate and manage vendor approval process to support new business and changes to existing business
  • Insure vendors meet or exceed quality standards
  • Secure best possible vendor terms and conditions to achieve inventory management goals and objectives
  • Must have 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing, material mangement or similar position in a manufacturing environment
  • ERP experience required
  • Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with personnel and vendors at all levels

 Maintenance Manager

  • Experience in supervising skilled trades and successfully leading a cohesive team to support a 24/7 production area.
  • Injection molding machine experience
  • Robotic and end of arm experience
  • Assembly equipment experience
  • Technical aptitude required (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pnuematic to some degree)
  • Good organizational, written, verbal and follow up skills
  • Past success in implementation and execution of Preventive Maintenance programs
