April 2007 Valtech Acquires JADA Plastics

ValTech Holdings, Inc. has acquired JADA Precision Plastics of Rochester, NY. JADA is a well-known and highly respected custom injection mold company that runs 28 machines in sizes from 60 to 390 tons. At time of acquisition, JADA’s 70 employees were running three around-the-clock shifts.

JADA has served the plastics community across the country for 40+ years from their 77,000 square-foot facility. The JADA operation has options for expansion, can hold up to 44 injection molding machines, and will be the future home of ValTech’s consolidated operations.

The acquisition of JADA will provide positive benefits to both companies. By joining together, ValTech will be able to provide a wider range of services and offer a three-shift, mold-building operation to complement broad capabilities, (including gas assist, two-shot, insert molding, and vibration welding), along with assembly and testing operations.

Overall, this is another major step forward as ValTech continues to innovate and deliver solutions that break the mold.
